Automatic line for spring rolls and egg rolls BALPE

Application
Automatic line for spring rolls, egg rolls and similar filled products with an output of 1500–3000 pcs/h. The same line also allows semi-automatic samosa production. The line bakes a crêpe band on a cooking cylinder, cuts it into blanks of adjustable length, deposits the filling automatically and forms the product with a folding and rolling device. The folding device handles up to 22 000 products per hour.
Line composition
- Cooking cylinder with electric or gas heating and automatic temperature controller

- 200 l stainless steel batter vat with mixing and cooling
