Application
Fully automatic line for filled crêpes folded into an envelope shape (5 folds). An optimal solution for the industrial production of Ukrainian nalysnyky, stuffed crêpes and similar products with sweet or savoury fillings.

Filling depositor types
- depositor for solid fillings (mixed cooked vegetables, minced meat)
- depositor for semi-liquid fillings (chocolate, jam)
- universal depositor for almost every type of filling
Control
The line is driven by industrial controllers with a touch panel: parameters can be adjusted on the fly and recipes stored in memory. A built-in modem allows remote diagnostics and servicing from the BALPE factory in France.

Installation drawing
Configuration shown: crêpe cooked on both sides (2 cooking cylinders), gas heating. Overall line length 11 650 mm, height 2 750 mm. Connections: gas 1" (P max 300 mb), electricity 10 mm² × 5, compressed air.
