Application
New-generation spiral freezer with 217 design improvements: fully welded stainless steel floor, hygienic open design with self-closing hatches, efficient drainage without bacterial traps. Used as a shock freezer, chiller or proofer. FRIGoBELT® self-stacking belt with three tier heights, 16–40 tiers, capacity selected for the customer’s product.
