Industrial dumpling and ravioli production line AL.MA. D540N
Application
Industrial equipment set based on the D540N forming machine: dough mixer with lifting-tipping bowl, automatic dough sheeter (up to 700 kg/h), filling pump and dough scrap recovery system. All product-contact parts are AISI 304 stainless steel. Capacity 220–430 kg/h; interchangeable dies produce single-sheet products of 1.5–14 g.
