Dumpling and ravioli production line AL.MA. D250N
Application
Equipment set for producing cappelletti- and ravioli-type products based on the D250N forming machine. Products are formed from a single dough sheet fed onto the calibrating rollers and then to the forming die rollers. Capacity 130–180 kg/h depending on the product shape and weight. With interchangeable dies, the D-series lines produce single-sheet products weighing 1.5–14 g: pinzati (incl. the classic 9 g pelmen), square and half-moon ravioli, saccottini.
